Prices:
All prices are F.O.B. shipping point and are subject to change without prior notice. Quoted prices accepted within thirty (30) days are firm unless otherwise stated. All prices listed are net.
Delivery:
All shipping dates quoted may be subject to delay by factors beyond our control. Every assistance will be provided in expediting claims although Duratherm is not responsible for delays in transit or for damage to goods after delivery to carrier.
Cancellation:
All standard catalog products are subject to cancellation prior to processing for shipment. Written approval is required prior to cancellation of special order merchandise.
Returned Goods:
Standard catalog products may be returned with written approval and with transportation prepaid within thirty (30) days of receipt. All items are subject to inspection prior to any credit allowance and are subject to a minimum service charge of ten percent (10%). Special order merchandise is not returnable. No credit is allowed for expenditures incurred in modifying products manufactured or sold by Duratherm.
Special Quotations:
Duratherm components can be customized for use in any desired processing application. Written quotations for these applications are submitted without cost or obligation and are to be considered firm for thirty (30) days.
Design:
Duratherm’s engineering staff is available for consultation regarding the design and construction of special molds, dies, platens and other thermal processing equipment. No responsibility is assumed for the recommendations resulting from this service.
Duratherm reserves the right to change designs and specifications without notice. This assures the most rapid implementation of product improvements.
Guarantee:
Duratherm guarantees all standard products listed in this catalog for one (1) year from date of shipment against defects in material and workmanship provided products are properly installed, maintained and operated under normal conditions.
